Thirty-nine Lake and Newaygo County residents participated in our collaborative pilot Produce Prescription Program run by Family Health Care and funded by the Lake County Community Foundation and District Health Department #10 REACH grant. Together, we are helping build healthier communities!
Get to the Markette!
Parking
There is plenty of parking in the lots north and south of the Pure Markette with easy access off Seventh or Eighth Street in downtown Baldwin. Parking also is available along M-37/Michigan Avenue with a paved walkway to the Markette between Jone’s Homemade Ice Cream and the Baldwin Business Center.
Biking/Hiking
We love our trails! The Pere Markette State Trail is ¼ mile north of the Markette and runs east to Idlewild and Reed City.
